Who am I?  Some of this will read like a resume because I have always identified who I was by what I did.  I am a very different person at work than I am at home.  An extreme oxymoron!  I discovered that when I write about my careers/work…the tone is one way.  Then when I write about my ‘life’…it ‘feels and reads’ quite different.  So in essence…that is also who I am.  A contradiction.

Regardless of what I tackle…I give it 110%.  Sometimes…obsessively.  Even small tasks.  When I study something…I immerse myself in it.  When I do a job…it’s with perfection (as close as I can get without being ‘committed’).

After 14 years in a banking career in Winnipeg….and then 5 years as a spa owner in Ontario, I began my next passion of Life and Career Coaching and developing my intuitive gifts in Victoria, BC.  I gained extensive insight into the roll that we, ourselves, can play in creating the life that we want….how important our mind and positive attitude is in our journey towards health and the extreme importance of being as authentic as we can towards a life of wellness and joy.

Before, during and after my careers…I have studied:

  • Criminology
  • Sociology
  • Psychology
  • Financial Planning
  • Human Resource Management
  • Esthetics, Skin, Skin therapies
  • Essential Oils
  • Wellness Coaching
  • Intuition
  • Counseling
  • Metaphysics
  • Meditation

…phew…

I have followed passions, discovered and re-discovered myself, got sick from stress and learned the importance of balance and following your true self towards being well. Learned how much I was loved when thought I wasn’t, gave love when I felt I had nothing left to give, learned to receive instead of always being the giver and finally found out who I was….perfectly imperfect!

Looking back, the path of helping others has been a life long journey for me.  My passion is to coach, motivate and share my knowledge with my clients and occasionally challenge them to see past what they thought was possible…and possibly to strive for more…even if you don’t yet know how to make it happen.  You will never know until you try!!
